Be the highest version of yourself
As we age we see ourselves changing physically and mentally. There comes a time during our aging process that we seek answers about the changes happening to and around us. We begin to make choices on how to best fit into society, with circumstances, etc. We all know about ourselves, how good we are at in our life skills, hobbies, etc but we never know, how excellent we are at during the challenging times while we overcome.
It reveals our uniqueness skills, traits and qualities that we possess. - The level of Patience, Tolerance, Confidence, Bravery, Courage to face the fear, etc. Our brains gets activated to find and seek number of solutions to each moment of stress we encounter.
What do you mean by Courageous?
Courageous is not that we don't have fear. It means facing the situation boldly inspite of having fear. It opens up to different possibilities of solutions.

Let us imagine, how about the feelings when you experience the happy times. We embrace that without any judgement many times, right?
Let's pause for a moment to see the opposite. When we face any challenges, how about that loving it without any judgement- whether it's a pain in any part of the body, any loss, any failure, any struggling period. It's like taming a child and comforting with lots of love.
This opens ourselves to what we call as "Acceptance".
Knowing that the changes are inevitable and finding the strength to accept the changes and make best out of it is the only way to overcome the crisis.
At times, too much resistance prevails within us to face or step out of our comfort zone. This transition period could be difficult for some of us to handle which turns into life Crisis. Sheer amount of confusion and pressure builds up like depression, frustrations, etc.The biggest fear of all – the one that really keeps you stuck is
Step out of the comfort zone, challenging ourselves to face the situations and love the moments as the way it is.
It's all our mindset and right attitude to perceive the things. I can cite an example. When you travel by car along a way on a hot summer time and the road is complete fine grey with smooth surface. Suddenly you find the road watery from a distance. You think it's water but as you approach the place , it's nothing. What we perceived that the reflection of rays was acting like a prism which illusioned as water. Similarly, unless we don't make attempt to approach we can't progress in life. We have to step above our fears. So what should we do is :
- Just do it. Whatever it may be the outcome, do it what feels right at that moment. Push yourself to any extent you can. Increase your energy. See the results of your actions. Who knows you would have caught some treasures. If you need to speak up, then do it and of course without any hot argument. It's us to perceive the situations from different angles and choose different options which will be of highest good for all.
- Change your vocabulary from pain to empowerment. Instead of using I can't, I hope I wish, etc., Use I can, I know I believe, I am etc. Subconscious mind does 90% of our automated action than concious mind.
- Cultivate a belief in yourself and know that everything changes. Nothing stays permanent.
Go on Doing the things which you never have done before, which will adventure you. No worry , whatever be the result. Try to perceive positive things hidden underneath.
Learning to handle drawback or failure is an art and one should cultivate the practice by acquiring knowledge to it.
This way of going beyond our comfort zones will create a belongingness and unity with each things, each one, each moment we can be connective. We don't have the power on others, but we do have power on our responsibilities, on our own thoughts, on emotions and attitude. So why not utilize it.
Exploring life at a given moment is all about art of living. Water your imagination, water your ideas, create juice in life. Then only we can access to the Wisdom of life.
