Juice fasting is a wonderful way as a detox diet, where a person can consume only fruits, and juices. Few simple theories helps us to understand why we need to maintain our energy systems well in our body.

## Our cells are intelligence agencies where they breathe and keeping them hydrated, healthy is very important. Every cell is working for our wellbeing. Stuffing them with too spicy, over excessive consumption,etc will clog them up leading to deterioration of its capacity. 

## Raw vegetable juices contains chlorophyll molecule, which stores the energy of the sun. It acts with the vitamins and minerals, the hormones and amino acids to produce the red pigment of blood cells. It strengthens the cell structure and protects them from harmful bacteria.


## We have 4 physical realities- body, mind, emotions and energies. These 4 phases if we align and synchronise, our desires manifest into reality. Among various factors,  Food plays a major role for our workflow. Each particle we ingest or the type of food we consume alters our thoughts, attitude and mood leading in elevating or decreasing the energy flow in our system.

## Cooked food get altered from their natural reality. Raw food are rich in naturality content. So if we can maintain a routine to consume raw items atleast once a day in a week like fruits, juices, raw vegetables like carrots, cucumber, beetroot,etc. Then our energy systems will always maintain its highest peak.

##  Cells talk to each other in a complex language of chemical messages. They instruct each other to grow, to move and to respond to threats. Molecules found in food can change cell chatter. For e.g. When omega-3 fatty acid attaches to the protein, fitting like a key in a lock, GPR120 sets off a chain reaction of cellular events that ultimately protect against weight gain and inflammation.




## Every thing is a cyclic process. Season, years, body changes, etc.  To follow a specific protocol or procedures, we need to first prepare the body for it. Doing it forcefully will simply torture the mind and body. Our body in a week or so, it doesn't require food all time. We can plan the routine based on body preparation. Single day in a week also would go wonders if we stuff one day it with fruits and juices. 

## Ketosis, another process that occurs later into the fast cycle, happens when the body burns stored fat as its primary power source. This is the ideal mode for weight loss and balancing blood sugar levels. Fasting puts the body under mild stress, which makes our cells adapt by enhancing their ability to cope.

People fast as a tradition rule or for any festivals. Every thing has a science behind it. But what I urge is ,  it's a good way to maintain our wellbeing, our inner world. Before doing anything, know the knowledge or science behind that.

3 methods for intermittent fasting

1. Alternate days fasting
2. Periodic fasting
3. Daily time restricted feeding

Benefits of  Intermittent fasting: we always make sure that we eat in such a way that however much we eat, our stomach must always be empty within two to two-and-a-half hours’ time. For any correction and purification that needs to happen in the body, your stomach needs to be empty. This is very important. Otherwise, the purification on the cellular level will not happen.
