Often we face with so many ups and downs in our life, but we fail to realize or to savour the moment or to see the silver line hidden within the setbacks..There are few things with daily and consistent practice, we can tap our hidden powers within our Subconscious mind. Any action is often better than no action, especially if you have been stuck in an unhappy situation for a long time. If it is a mistake, at least you learn something, in which case it's no longer a mistake. If you remain stuck, you learn nothing. All negativity is caused by an accumulation of psychological time and denial of the present. Unease, anxiety, tension, stress, worry - all forms of fear - are caused by too much future, and not enough presence.
Counting the number of blessings: we often regret for what we don't have without even realizing what we do already have. If counting number of blessings on daily basis what we have and what we all grateful for, it would profoundly change our perception towards situations. Gradually, this would change our thoughts and attitude, leading to change in our feeling and actions. As per law of attraction, like attracts like and vice versa. If we start seeing blessings and abundance, we attract the same into our moments. Thoughts are energies and where our attention goes, energy flows and things starts to grow..Need to be always grateful for what we receive.
Visionboard: creating a vision board by cutting pictures or phrases or anything of our like what we desire will keeps us focused to our goals which creates a momentum in our thoughts and actions. This becomes a food to our hidden iceberg , our subconscious mind and keep us moving towards our desires. Daily seeing those images makes a blueprint in thoughts.
Meditating: Meditation is one of the best practice to get tuned with the inner world and to add wisdom in life. All the solutions to every ups downs becomes clear.
Repeating Affirmations: Affirmations are the best food to our mind. We can affirm to ourselves with phrases starting with " I am", e.g I am that I am..I am success..I am happy..I am the one with the Universe, etc..Our thoughts attract our reality . These energies becomes our Karma. If we train our subconscious mind with right food in continuous and consistent basis, we can manifest what we desire.
Involving in passion and hobbies: This one drives the energy to do something beyond our schedule. It instantly uplifts the mood. One of the example of hobby is music or to read inspired books which increases our vibrational frequencies gradually attracting our desires to manifest.
Tuning into 400-600 Hz frequencies music.: Our brain has certain patterns which vibrates at certain frequencies converting our different moods to feelings. Generally high vibrational frequencies are at 400-600 Hz and if we meditate at this level, at times it becomes wonders.
Socialism / playing with little ones: Socializing is one of the important factor which plays a role in making us bonding with one another. No matter whatever situations we are in, socialism ease us....
We need to remember that everything is temporary which is bound to pass like clouds. The only thing we need to have is “Patience” and “conscious thoughts”, to tackle the situations that we are in. If still we are unable to find out way, best to leave on Universe and affirm that whatever is happening, is happening for highest good of all. Best ways is to keep seeing roses in bed of thorns.
